Nicholas Esayian is the CEO of Revenue Solutions, LLC a major response marketing company, where he is responsible for concept development marketing efforts, and the overall direction of the company. Esayian's career efforts have led to the sale of over $2,000,000,000 in products sold in the direct response marketplace. Esayian is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater with a BBA in Marketing and also earned an MBA at the University of Redlands in California. His career began with a solid sales, marketing and management foundation at the Xerox Corporation, Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Executone Business Solutions (Bain Capital). Esayian quickly transitioned into direct response marketing in 1997 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Real Marketing Services, which was affiliated with Barbour Langley Productions (Cops). Real Marketing provided a wide variety of direct marketing services. In 1999 Esayian began his own company, The Backend Company of America, focusing on membership services. The Backend Company was one of the fastest growing companies in San Diego. In 2000 Esayian diversified his efforts through two unique companies, Datamine, Inc., which focused on assisting large direct marketers such as Sylmark, Inc., Direct to Retail, etc. to generate millions of dollars in revenue from its database, and Revenue Alliance Partners, which provided marketing consulting to companies such as Rapp Collins, Cendant and others. Esayian also owns a real estate investment company, is a share holder and board member of WC Vision, a marketing consulting firm and various interests in other companies as an investor or a member of their boards. Esayian is also a professional speaker and has spoken at the Harvard Business School on multiple occasions, various political campaigns, other public events and professional associations. Esayian's race winnings, along with much of his time, have been pledged to the Special Operations Warriors Foundation. He is active in the San Diego community with the San Diego Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Unit. He has two sons Jake, 11 and Troy, 9.

Previously: Won the SCCA Central Division Regional Championship in 1993 and Milwaukee Region Rookie of the Year in the same year. He was a front-runner in SCCA National Competition in CenDiv as well as the SoPac Division from 1994- 2003 with over 50 podium finishes including 20 wins. He finished in the top 10 in final points in three seasons of SCCA Pro Racings popular Neon Challenge Series (that had over fifty competitors) as well finishing 2nd in final points for the 1999 NASA Touring Car Championship in spite of not running a full schedule. In 2002 he tested the waters in World Challenge and ran two SPEED Touring Car races in an Acura Integra Type R with Rick Gilhart Racing. Esayian Started driving for RealTime Racing in 2004. In 2005 he earned the first four top-10 finishes of his career (St. Petersburg, Portland, Mosport and Laguna Seca) and finished 12th in the Drivers' Championship. Finished ninth in the 2006 SPEED Touring Car Drivers' Championship racing a RealTime Acura RSX while earning six top-10 finishes and finished a career-best seventh at Sebring. In 2008, first season with BimmerWorld, campaigning a BMW 328, netted Esayian a best start of fourth and a best finish of sixth as he adapted to the rear-wheel drive BMW E90 platform. In 2009, finished ninth in the Touring Car Championship, finishing on the podium at Road Atlanta and leading the most laps, his first World Challenge podium. In 2010, returning to RealTime, finished second in the GTS Drivers' Championship season with one win and 12 top 5 finishes. In 2011, finished 5th overall in GTS Drivers' Championship with two top 5 placements and 12 top 10 placements. In 2012, Esayian finished 5th in GTS Drivers' Championship with five top 5 finishes including a second at Mid-Ohio and helped Acura claim the GTS Manufacturers' Championship. Esayian has contributed to four Manufacturer's Championships with RealTime Racing.
